Abstract:
Provided is a dumbbell-like and olive-like asymmetric bidirectional taper threaded connection pair, comprising an external thread (9) and an internal thread (6) that are mutually coupled in a threaded manner. The internal thread (6) is a bidirectional taper hole (41) on an inner surface of a cylindrical parent body (2). The external thread (9) is a bidirectional truncated cone (71) on an outer surface of a column parent body (3). A complete unit body thread is a bidirectional cone which is dumbbell shaped (94) with a left taper (95) greater than a right taper (96) and/or olive-shaped (93) with the left taper (95) smaller than the right taper (96), wherein, the performance thereof mainly depends on a conical surface area and a taper size of the mutually coupled thread body. The inner and outer threads of the threaded connection pair form a thread pair (10) with multiple sections of conical pairs in a way that the taper hole encloses the cone, and by means of the bidirectional taper hole (41) and the bidirectional truncated cone (71), so as to form a sizing coordinate or a sizing interference on a spiral conical plane to an inner and an outer cone, in order to realize a screw thread connection function. The problem of poor self-positioning and self-locking of existing thread is solved.
