Abstract:
Disclosed is a dual-clutch variable-speed hydraulic mechanical transmission device, the device comprising an input mechanism (1), a pump control motor mechanism (2), an odd-numbered gear transmission mechanism (3), an even-numbered gear transmission mechanism (4), an output mechanism (5) and an intermediate shaft (6). The input mechanism is connected to the odd-numbered gear transmission mechanism and the even-numbered gear transmission mechanism, which are connected in parallel, and is also connected to an input end of the pump control motor mechanism. The output end of the pump control motor mechanism is connected to the odd-numbered gear transmission mechanism and the even-numbered gear transmission mechanism, which are connected in parallel, via the intermediate shaft, and is also connected to the output mechanism. Further disclosed is a control method for the transmission device. By means of the method, switching between transmission modes for transmission, i.e. hydraulic transmission, mechanical-hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission, between the input mechanism and the output mechanism is achieved by controlling the combined switching of a clutch and a brake, multi-working-condition operation requirements and an energy management target can be met, impact during vehicle gear shifting is reduced, multi-section efficient stepless speed changing is achieved, the energy utilization rate of the transmission device is improved, and the gear shifting quality of a variable-speed transmission system is optimized.
