Abstract:
A dry type layering separator, comprising a separator body (10) and a roller (20). Sand (201) for grinding materials is provided on the outer surface of the roller (20). A cylindrical accommodating cavity for accommodating the roller (20) is provided in the separator body (10). Multiple flow guide grooves (30) are formed on the inner surface of the separator body (10). Openings of the flow guide grooves (30) face the axis of the roller (20). Feeding valves allowing the materials to enter are provided at upper ends of the multiple flow guide grooves (30). Discharging valves used for transporting the materials out are provided at lower ends of the multiple flow guide grooves (30). The dry type layering separator features low energy consumption and high grinding fineness, and is easy to popularize and use.
