Abstract:
A drum brake with an electrically controlled wheel cylinder, comprising a brake base plate (1), an upper return spring (2), a brake shoe (4), a lower return spring (5), a compression spring assembly and an electric wheel cylinder (8); a horizontal cylinder hole is provided at a cylinder body (8.1), piston members are provided at two ends of the horizontal cylinder hole, a motor (8.9) is located outside a screw sleeve (8.10), one end of a screw (8.5) is sleeved in one end of the screw sleeve (8.10) by means of threading, the motor (8.9) and a sun gear (8.8) are coaxially fixedly connected, the sun gear (8.8) is provided with a central through hole, a meshed planetary gear (8.7) is provided around the sun gear (8.8), the sun gear (8.8) and the planetary gear (8.7) are hinged on a planetary carrier (8.6), the end of the screw (8.5) is axially movably connected to the screw sleeve after passing through the central through hole of the sun gear (8.8), and the screw sleeve (8.10) and the screw (8.5) extends to the end of the horizontal cylinder hole and are connected to the piston members at the two ends. The drum brake has the whole transmission mechanism built in the cylinder body (8.1), realizing a braking process by means of electric control, and integrating parking braking and service braking functions.
