Abstract:
The present utility model relates to the field of LEDs, and particularly to a driving protection circuit and an LED switch-mode power supply. The driving protection circuit provided by the present utility model is arranged between a constant voltage switch-mode power supply part and an LED load, and comprises a sampling unit used for sampling the current passing through the LED load, a signal processing unit used for processing and transmitting a sampling signal, and a short-circuit protection unit used for making output of the constant voltage switch-mode power supply part in a short-circuit condition according to an output signal of the signal processing unit when a buck constant current switch-mode power supply controller is damaged, so as to achieve short-circuit protection. According to the LED switch-mode power supply and the driving protection circuit provided by the present utility model, the stability and safety of an LED driving power supply can be improved, and more serious safety problems are avoided when a control device of the switch-mode power supply is damaged.
