Abstract:
Disclosed is a driving belt auxiliary pressing conical disk belt-type transmission. The driving belt auxiliary pressing conical disk belt-type transmission comprises spline shafts (1), conical disks (2), a driving belt (3), a conical disk displacement control sleeve (20), a support sleeve (19), a servo motor shaft gear (22), a stress application chain (4), a double-piston tensioning assembly (5), a caliper (12), a double ring tooth-shaped positioning spring (13), an arc pressure block assembly (15), and a carriage body (11), wherein, a back stress application mechanism is arranged on the outer back side of the driving belt (3) at the conical disk contact section of the conical disk (2), or a side stress application mechanism is arranged on each of the two sides of the driving belt (3) at the conical disk contact section of the conical disk (2); the driving belt (3) is clamped between two sliding conical disks (2) which are oppositely arranged on the same spline shaft, and are connected with the two groups of conical disks (2); and under the action of a conical disk movement control mechanism, along with the moving of the coaxial conical disk (2), the diving belt is changed in diameter on the conical surface of the conical disk (2), so that the transmission ratio can be changed in a continuous manner or in a constant-value manner.
