Abstract:
This driver device is configured to drive a switching element. The driver device comprises a pull-down circuit that is connected to the control terminal of the switching element. The pull-down circuit is configured to enable a first pull-down current flowing through the pull-down circuit before the activation of the driver device to be greater than a second pull-down current flowing through the pull-down circuit after the activation of the driver device.
