Abstract:
A drive device (1) includes a wall portion dividing a first space and a second space from each other and having a through hole (90), and the through hole (90) has an opening portion (90AP1) that opens to the first space. A first rotation mechanism has a gear (G8) overlapping with a first region (90X) that is a partial region of the opening portion (90AP1). When the gear (G8) rotates at a first rotational speed, the height of an oil surface (OS1) in the first space is above the lower end of the gear (G8), and oil flows from the second space to the first space also in the first region (90X) of the opening portion (90AP1). When the gear (G8) rotates at a second rotational speed faster than the first rotational speed, the height of an oil surface (OS2) in the first space is below the lower end of the gear (G8), and the oil flows from the second space to the first space in a second region (90Y) below the first region (90X) of the opening portion (90AP1).
