Abstract:
Disclosed is a drive assembly for pruning shears, which aims to overcome the problems in the existing technology in which noise is loud and vibrations are likely to occur. The drive assembly comprises a gear, and the gear is made from powder metallurgy. The gear comprises a shaft part, a first ring body and a second ring body which are sequentially provided together from the inside out. A shaft hole is provided on the shaft part, and a countersunk groove is provided at one end of the shaft hole. Gear teeth arranged in a radial shape are formed on an outer side of the second ring body, and a connecting piece is fixedly provided on the gear. The connecting piece comprises a connecting shaft and a first eccentric wheel which are sequentially provided together. The connecting shaft is fitted within the countersink groove. A second eccentric wheel is detachably provided on the first eccentric wheel, and the mass of the first eccentric wheel is equal to that of the second eccentric wheel. The eccentric direction of the first eccentric wheel is opposite to that of the second eccentric wheel, and the eccentric distance of the first eccentric wheel is consistent with that of the second eccentric wheel.
