Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a drilling-operation-parameter adaptive decision making method based on feeding damping and mechanical specific energy. The method comprises: S1, acquiring a feeding pressure, a rotation speed, a torque and a drilling speed to serve as drilling parameters, and performing median filtering by using a sliding window, so as to obtain filtered drilling parameters; S2, calculating a feeding damping coefficient, determining a change range of the feeding damping coefficient, and converting the feeding damping coefficient into an adaptive adjustment index; S3, calculating mechanical specific energy, determining, in combination with a feeding damping change rate, whether the direction in which the operation parameters are updated needs to be changed, and adjusting a parameter update flag bit; and S4, according to the adaptive adjustment index and the parameter update flag bit, deciding on a final change value of the feeding pressure. In the present invention, an adaptive operation-parameter adjustment strategy is designed on the basis of the magnitude of a feeding damping coefficient, and mechanical specific energy is used as a key index for assessing the quality of operation parameters, such that drilling based on optimal operation parameters is achieved in different stratum environments; and experimental data shows that by means of the method, the mechanical specific energy can be effectively reduced, and drilling with low energy consumption and high efficiency can be realized.
