Abstract:
A drainage valve durability test device (100), which is used for testing the durability of a drainage valve (200). The drainage valve comprises a valve upright column (201), a drainage plate (202) disposed within the valve upright column (201), and a drainage rotary shaft (203) which is connected to the drainage plate (202). The drainage valve durability test device (100) comprises a vibration platform (1) which provides an up-down reciprocating vibration motion and a water intake flange disk (2) which is fixed onto the vibration platform (1) so as to supply water to the drainage valve (200). The water intake flange disk (2) comprises a base disk (21) which is fixed to the vibration platform (1) and a water intake upright column (22) which is disposed on a side of the base disk (21) facing the drainage valve (200). A water inlet (221) is provided on the water intake upright column (22); the water intake upright column (22) and the valve upright column (201) are enclosingly provided to form a water intake cavity; and the water inlet (221) communicates with the water intake cavity. The drainage valve durability test device (100) has a simple structure, so that the drainage valve (200) is located in a more realistic environment, testing costs are relatively low, a loading force may be continuously provided, and measuring results are more accurate.
