Abstract:
A downrod (10) of a ceiling fan, and a ceiling fan (1) having the downrod. The downrod (10) of the ceiling fan comprises: an inner tube (100); an outer tube (200), which is moveably sleeved over the inner tube (100); an inner locking nut (300, which is connected to the outer tube (200), wherein the inner tube (100) passes through the inner locking nut (300), and the inner locking nut (300) has a resilient latching portion; an outer locking nut (400), which is detachably mounted on the inner locking nut (300), wherein the outer locking nut (400) fixes the relative position of the inner tube (100) to the outer tube (200) by pressing tightly against the resilient latching portion, and allows the inner tube (100) to move relative to the outer tube (200) by releasing the resilient latching portion.
