Abstract:

The present invention relates to the technical field of high-precision measuring, and in particular to a double-sensor measuring system and method for an annular thin-walled workpiece. The double-sensor measuring system comprises: an XY positioning platform, provided with an X-direction driving platform capable of moving in the X direction and a Y-direction driving platform capable of moving in the Y direction; a rotating table, disposed on the XY positioning platform and used for rotating in a Z direction; a manual adjusting table, disposed on the rotating table, provided with a workpiece carrier for clamping the annular thin-walled workpiece, and used for finely adjusting the position of the annular thin-walled workpiece; a Z-direction driving platform, used for moving in the Z direction; two sensor adjusting devices, mounted on the Z-direction driving platform; and two distance sensors mounted on the sensor adjusting devices, optical paths of the distance sensors being aligned with each other. According to the present invention, the offset distance and offset angle between the center line of the annular thin-walled workpiece and the axis of a rotating shaft of the rotating table are measured by means of the two distance sensors and are then eliminated by means of the manual adjusting table, and therefore, the measuring precision of the workpiece is improved.
