Abstract:
The present invention relates to a double casing auger driving reducer and, more specifically, to a double casing auger driving reducer capable of simultaneously performing two operations that include rotating an auger through a single reducer by using a sun gear, a planetary gear, and a ring gear, and rotating a casing auger in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the auger. In order to accomplish such an objective, the present invention provides a double casing auger driving reducer comprising: a fixing bracket comprising a reducer coupling portion for connecting to a reducer, and a gear portion coupling portion for fixing an upper body of a gear portion; a main shaft comprising a reducer connector connected to a shaft of the reducer so as to transfer driving power from the reducer, an auger connector for transferring the driving power transferred through the reducer connector to an auger, and a sun gear for transferring the driving power transferred through the reducer connector to the gear portion; a gear portion comprising an upper body coupled and fixed to the lower portion of the fixing bracket, a planetary gear fixed to the upper body so as to transfer driving power transferred by the sun gear to a ring gear, a ring gear coupled to the upper body through a ring bearing so as to rotate in the opposite direction to the sun gear by the driving power transferred from the planetary gear, and a lower body coupled to the ring gear so as to rotate integrally; and a skirt configured in a cylindrical shape so as to connect the casing auger and the lower body of the gear portion, the skirt rotating integrally with the lower body such that the casing auger rotates in the opposite direction to the auger.
