Abstract:
A distributed high-efficiency energy-saving environment-friendly industrial kiln, comprising the following components: a plurality of preheating bins (100) provided independently and comprising preheating bin bodies and preheating bin doors capable of being movably opened and closed; a plurality of firing kilns (200) provided independently, spaced from the preheating bins (100) and comprising kiln bodies, kiln covers capable of movably opening and closing the tops of the kiln bodies, and an intelligent electric flame heating device (210); a plurality of cooling bins (300) provided independently, spaced from the preheating bins (100) and the firing kilns (200), and comprising cooling bin bodies and cooling bin covers capable of movably opening and closing the tops of the cooling bin bodies; a hoisting device, provided above a loading area (510), the preheating bin (100), the firing kilns (200), the cooling bins (300), and a unloading area (520), being movable, and used for hoisting or loading an object on which ceramic products are placed; an intelligent ventilation system (900) separately communicated with the firing kilns (200), the preheating bins (100) and the cooling bins (300); and a control system separately connected to the components to realize intelligent control. The distributed high-efficiency energy-saving environment-friendly industrial kiln has the characteristics of being safe, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
