Abstract:
A display substrate comprises a base substrate (101) and a drive circuit layer (102) provided on the base substrate (101). The drive circuit layer (102) comprises at least one pixel circuit, and the pixel circuit comprises at least one oxide thin film transistor and a capacitor (C). The capacitor (C) comprises a first capacitive plate (381) and a second capacitive plate (382). There is an overlap between orthographic projections of the first capacitive plate (381) and the second capacitive plate (382) on the base substrate (101), and an inorganic insulating layer is provided between the first capacitive plate (381) and the second capacitive plate (382). In a direction perpendicular to the display substrate, the distance between the inorganic insulating layer and an active layer of the oxide thin film transistor is greater than or equal to 3000 angstroms.
