A display screen unit and a tiled display screen. The display screen unit comprises a box body (1), a display unit, a locking device (2), magnetic members (3) and a buffer assembly (4). The locking device comprises a fixing portion (21) and a locking portion (22) that are respectively arranged on a first side (1a) and a second side (1b) that are arranged opposite each other on the box body; the magnetic members (3) are arranged on the first side (1a) and/or the second side (1b) one by one and are opposite in terms of magnetism; the buffer assembly (4) is respectively arranged on the first side (1a) or the second side (1b) and is arranged on the same side as the magnetic members (3), and comprises a telescopic member (41) telescopically arranged on the box body (1); and the telescopic member (41) extends out of a first surface (1c) used for mounting the display unit, and retracts back to the box body when subjected to a force. The display screen unit has accurate positioning and is quick to tile together; furthermore, damage to the display unit caused by mutual collision during the tiling process of the display screen unit can also be avoided.
