Abstract:
A display panel, which comprises: a substrate, a multi-layer ohmic contact layer, a multi-layer insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, a gate electrode and a source/drain electrode layer; at least one insulating layer is arranged between each two neighboring ohmic contact layers, and the semiconductor layer is at least arranged on a first side wall of the multi-layer ohmic contact layer; the semiconductor layer comprises a plurality of active portions in contact with and connected to the first side wall, the gate electrode is disposed on a side of the semiconductor layer away from the substrate, and the source/drain electrode layer is arranged on a side of the gate electrode away from the substrate and is electrically connected to a corresponding ohmic contact layer.
