Abstract:
A display panel (1) and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, wherein the display panel (1) is provided with a capacitor (21); the capacitor (21) is connected to a first thin film transistor (22); a photosensitive pattern (16) in the capacitor (21) is sensitive to light, such that when illumination changes, an electric charge quantity change of the photosensitive pattern (16) of the capacitor (21) causes the current of the first thin film transistor (22) to change, thereby improving the photosensitive characteristics of the first thin film transistor (22), and improving the fingerprint recognition effect. Moreover, a second gate (151) is used as a polar plate of the capacitor (21), thereby reducing the thickness of an array substrate.
