Abstract:
A display panel and an image display method. The image display method comprises: obtaining an image gray scale value of an image to be displayed; when the image gray scale value is less than a first preset threshold, obtaining gray scale signals respectively corresponding to a primary color photon pixel and a compensating photon pixel in said image; determining, according to the gray scale signals, target gray scale signals respectively corresponding to the primary color photon pixel and the compensating photon pixel; and accordingly outputting the target gray scale signals to the primary color photon pixel and the compensating photon pixel to display said image.
