The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and provides a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises a display region and a fan-out region located in the display region. The display panel further comprises a base substrate, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of first data fan-out lines, and a plurality of second data fan-out lines. The orthographic projections of the data lines on the base substrate are distributed at intervals in a first direction and extend in a second direction, and the first direction intersects with the second direction. The orthographic projections of the first data fan-out lines on the base substrate are distributed at intervals in the second direction and extend in the first direction, the first data fan-out lines are arranged corresponding to the data lines, and the first data fan-out lines are connected to the data lines corresponding to the first data fan-out lines. The orthographic projections of the second data fan-out lines on the base substrate are distributed at intervals in the first direction and extend in the second direction, the second data fan-out lines are arranged corresponding to the first data fan-out lines, and the second data fan-out lines are connected to the first data fan-out lines corresponding to the second data fan-out lines. The display panel can realize a narrow bezel design.
