Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of display, and discloses a display panel and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a driving back plate, a light-emitting device, a black matrix, and a color resist layer. The color resist layer has a color resist block corresponding to the light-emitting device and an auxiliary color resist structure corresponding to the black matrix. The orthographic projection of the auxiliary color resist structure on the driving back plate at least partially overlaps the orthographic projection of the black matrix on the driving back plate. Therefore, when ambient light is emitted toward the display panel, the ambient light needs to penetrate through the auxiliary color resist structure and then is emitted toward the black matrix, so that the intensity of the ambient light emitted toward the black matrix is reduced. In this way, in the ambient light emitted toward the black matrix in the display panel, most of the light can be absorbed by the auxiliary color resist structure in the process of penetrating through the auxiliary color resist structure, and only small part of the light can be reflected out of the display panel by the surface of the black matrix. Thus, the reflectivity of the display panel is effectively reduced, so that the reliability of the display panel is high.
