Abstract:
A display module (200) and a computer device, in the technical field of displays. The display module (200) comprises: a signal generation main board (201), a Type C interface (202), and a display (203); the signal generation main board (201) is electrically connected to a female plug (202a) of the Type C interface (202), and a male plug (202b) of the Type C interface (202) is electrically connected to the display (203); the signal generation main board (201) is configured as a main board for generating an Embedded Display Interface (EDP) signal; and the Type C interface (202) is configured as an interface for transmitting the EDP signal to the display (203). After the signal generation main board (201) in the display module (200) generates the EDP signal, the EDP signal is directly transmitted to the display (203) by means of the Type C interface (202). This process does not require an extra signal connection wire, which simplifies the design of a display circuit in a computer device, and improves the signal transmission rate of the display module (200).
