Abstract:
A display module and a manufacturing method therefor, according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, may be provided so as to comprise: a substrate comprising at least one electrode pad; a micro-LED comprising at least one connection pad for electrically connecting to the at least one electrode pad; a soldering member bonded to the at least one electrode pad and the at least one connection pad; an adhesive layer for fixing the micro-LED to the substrate; and a plurality of conductive particles of which at least some are disposed in the soldering member. Other various embodiments are possible.
