Abstract:
The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of display. Provided are a display module and a display apparatus, which can solve the problem of the reserved space of a battery in an existing display module being obviously insufficient, such that the capacity of the battery is obviously reduced, thereby affecting the standby time of a display apparatus. The display module in the present disclosure comprises a display panel, and a driving chip and a passive device, which are electrically connected to the display panel, wherein the driving chip and the passive device are encapsulated in a grid array encapsulation structure; and the grid array encapsulation structure is integrated on the display panel.
