Abstract:
A display device of the present invention comprises: a base layer; a circuit layer which is disposed on the base layer and comprises a [1-1]th pixel circuit and a [1-2]th pixel circuit; and a light-emitting element layer which is disposed on the circuit layer and comprises a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element, each of which comprising a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, a second electrode, and a pixel-defining membrane having a pixel opening defined therein, the pixel opening exposing a portion of the first electrode, wherein the [1-1]th pixel circuit and the [1-2]th pixel circuit each comprises a drive transistor comprising a source, a drain, an active, and a gate, and a gate conductive layer comprising the gate, and the area in which the first electrode of the first light-emitting element overlaps the gate conductive layer of the [1-1]th pixel circuit on a plane has the same surfaceas area as the area in which the first electrode of the second light-emitting element overlaps the gate conductive layer of the [1-2]th pixel circuit on a plane, thereby improving the quality of display.
