Abstract:
Provided is a display device with which it is possible to increase image quality. A plurality of capacitance elements, a plurality of transistors, and a display element are provided in a pixel. The plurality of capacitance elements are connected in series via a wiring, and one of the plurality of transistors is electrically connected to each of the one and the other end of the plurality of series-connected capacitance elements and to the wiring. The display element can be actuated in accordance with the sum of a plurality of inputted data, making it possible to perform image corrections such as image up-conversion, HDR display, and luminance improvement.
