Abstract:
A display apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a liquid crystal panel which displays an image; a source driving unit which outputs a gradation voltage to the liquid crystal panel; a timing control unit which transmits a source control signal to the source driving unit; a scaler which transmits image data corresponding to content received from the outside to the timing control unit; and a control unit which controls at least one of the scaler and the timing control unit so as to adjust a driving refresh rate of the liquid crystal panel to correspond to a configured refresh rate of the content, and to adjust a data rate of an output signal on the basis of the driving refresh rate.
