Abstract:
The present invention discloses a dispersion device. The dispersion device comprises a grinding cylinder assembly (1), a separation assembly (2) and a dispersion assembly (3). The dispersion assembly (3) is arranged in the grinding cavity (105) of the grinding cylinder assembly (1). The separation assembly (2) is arranged above the dispersion assembly (3), and the separation main shaft (201) of the separation assembly (2) and the dispersion main shaft (309) of the dispersion assembly (3) are concentrically arranged. The separation main shaft (201) and the dispersion main shaft (309) are respectively externally connected to transmission devices. Rotors are fixedly arranged on the dispersion main shaft (309), and comprise multiple impeller-type rotors, the inclination angles of which gradually decrease from bottom to top. Pin-type rotors are fixedly arranged above the impeller-type rotors, and L-shaped rotors (304) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the impeller-type rotors. The invention avoids the problem of uneven local abrasion caused by grinding beads settling to the bottom of the grinding cylinder (101).
