Abstract:
A dispatch device (2) comprises at least one controller (27) characterized by performing: a process for acquiring information on a first dispatch request for transporting a passenger; a process for acquiring information on a second dispatch request for transporting cargo; a process for calculating a first travel route for the vehicle to travel on the basis of the information on the first dispatch request; a process for acquiring information on a loading/unloading point, which is a loading/unloading point of the cargo transported by a vehicle (3); a process for calculating a loading/unloading cost required for loading and unloading the cargo at the loading/unloading point between the starting point and the ending point of the first travel route in accordance with the loading/unloading point; a process for changing the first travel route to pass through the loading/unloading point when the loading/unloading cost satisfies an allowable condition; and a process for outputting a route change notification from a terminal device to inform of a change in the first travel route.
