Abstract:
A disk brake according to the present invention comprises: a first substrate part that is connected to an electric motor and that is disposed on the side of the electric motor which is opposite from the rotation shaft side in the axial direction of the rotation shaft; and a second substrate part that is connected to the first substrate part, that faces the first substrate part, and that is disposed so as to be away from the first substrate part by a prescribed distance. Thus, the transmission of vibrations and passive heat from the rotation shaft of the electric motor to components mounted on the first and second substrate parts is suppressed. As a result, it is possible to suppress malfunctioning of the components mounted on the first and second substrate parts so that the reliability of the present disk brake improves.
