Abstract:
The present invention relates to a dishwasher for discharging washing water with microbubbles formed therein. A dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a tub in which dishes are received; a plurality of washing arms for spraying washing water into the tub; a bubble nozzle for discharging the washing water containing microbubbles to the bottom of the tub; a sump disposed under the bottom of the tub to collect the washing water; a washing pump for pumping out the washing water collected in the sump; a flow path switching unit for supplying the washing water pumped out by the washing pump to at least one of the plurality of washing arms; and a bubble module for generating microbubbles in the washing water pumped out by the washing pump and supplying the microbubbles to the bubble nozzle, in which a control unit operates the washing pump and controls the flow path switching unit and the bubble module to spray the washing water through at least one of the plurality of washing arms and simultaneously discharge the washing water through the bubble nozzle.
