Abstract:
A disease analysis method and apparatus, and a disease analysis model training method and apparatus. The disease analysis method comprises: acquiring first omics data and second omics data of a patient, the first omics comprising a plurality of first sites, and the second omics comprising a plurality of second sites; and inputting the first omics data and the second omics data into a fusion algorithm model to obtain a prediction result of the patient, the fusion algorithm model being constructed by means of fusion of a first omics model and a second omics model, the first omics model being constructed according to sample data of first omics, and the second omics model being constructed according to sample data of second omics.
