Abstract:

A discharge valve unit 50 is mounted in a fluid device provided with: a housing 1 in which a first fluid storage chamber 41 is provided; and a first valve mechanism 42 having a first discharge hole 45 provided in the first storage chamber 41, and a first valve body 43 that is accommodated in the first storage chamber 41 and opens/closes the first discharge hole 45. The discharge valve unit 50 has: a valve case 51, which can be detachably mounted on the housing 1 and is provided with a second fluid storage chamber 52 that communicates with the first storage chamber 41 when the valve case is mounted on the housing 1; and a second valve mechanism 53, which has a second discharge hole 56 that is provided in the second storage chamber 52 and has a larger hole diameter than that of the first discharge hole 45, and a second valve body 54 that is accommodated in the second storage chamber 52 and opens/closes the second discharge hole 56. The second valve mechanism 53 has a spring 57 for biasing the second valve body 54 in the valve-open direction, and is configured such that when the pressure of the second storage chamber 52 rises to a prescribed value the second valve body 54, as a result of that pressure, resists the biasing force of the spring 57 and closes the second discharge hole 56.
