Title:
DISC SPRING, DISC SPRING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISC SPRING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/071303
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A plurality of disc springs (1) are used while being arranged in an axial direction along a center axis (O). Each of the disc springs (1) is provided with: an annular body plate section (21) having an inner peripheral surface (21a) and an outer peripheral surface (21b), which gradually extend to one side of the axial direction as the inner and outer peripheral surfaces (21a, 21b) extend from the outside toward the inside in a radial direction; and a stopper section (22) protruding from the body plate section in a direction intersecting the inner peripheral surface and outer peripheral surface of the body plate section. When a compressive load in the axial direction is applied to a spring member (11) comprising the plurality of disc springs arranged in the axial direction, the stopper sections come into contact with other disc springs adjacent thereto in the axial direction or with support members (12) for supporting the end sections, in the axial direction, of the spring member. The body plate sections and the stopper sections are formed integrally. Both edges (22a), in the axial direction, of each of the stopper sections are located inside both edges (21e, 21f), in the axial direction, of a corresponding body plate section.
