Abstract:
A direction change valve malfunction prediction system of the present invention comprises: a data acquisition unit for obtaining a plurality of pieces of operating time data for each direction change valve by repeatedly detecting, over an equipment operating elapse time, operating times of a plurality of direction change valves that change an operating direction of a piston rod by changing a supply direction of operating fluid supplied to a cylinder, by communicating with the cylinder including the piston rod; a deterioration indicator value calculating unit for calculating deterioration indicator values of a plurality of statistical deterioration indicators that may represent a malfunction of the direction change valve on the basis of the operating time data; and a determining unit that ranks the deterioration indicator values of the statistical deterioration indicators, calculated for each direction change valve, according to sizes, assigns a predetermined score to the direction change valve having a high value equal to or greater than a predetermined range from among the ranked deterioration indicator values, and determines a direction change valve expected to malfunction on the basis of the sum of the predetermined score.
