Abstract:
Disclosed are a direct-current combiner box, an inverter, a photovoltaic system and a protection method. The combiner box comprises: a switching device, a sampling circuit and a controller. The switching device is connected in parallel between a positive input end and a negative input end. The sampling circuit is used to collect at least one of input parameters and output parameters of the combiner box. The controller is used to control the switching device to be closed when the controller determines, according to the at least one parameter, a short circuit between a positive output cable and a negative output cable or a reverse connection between the positive output cable and the negative output cable. The switching device, the positive input end and the negative input end form a closed loop. When an output end of the combiner box or a post-stage circuit of the output end of the combiner box is short-circuited, most of a short-circuit current forms a backflow by means of the closed switching device, such that a reduced current generated by an input end of the combiner box is outputted from the output end of the combiner box, thus preventing overcurrent and resultant burning of an output cable of the combiner box caused by an overlarge output current of the combiner box. The present solution can also protect the combiner box when a reverse connection occurs between a positive output cable and a negative output cable.
