A differential pressure bypass device for a water distributing and collecting device of a floor heating system, the differential pressure bypass device comprising a bypass pipe (3), wherein one end of the bypass pipe (3) is provided with a bypass valve connected to a water distributor (1), and the bypass valve is provided with an adjusting hand wheel (4) which can adjust the water flow pressure inside the bypass valve; the other end of the bypass pipe (3) is provided with a three-way ball valve connected to a water collector (2), and the three-way ball valve is provided with a control hand wheel (5) which can adjust the water flow inside the three-way ball valve and control the water flow inside the three-way ball valve; and the bypass valve is further provided with an exhaust valve (6). The differential pressure bypass device can implement flexible adjustment according to actual differential pressure requirements, such that the entire floor heating system reaches a balanced state, with the water inside flowing stably therein and without noise.
