Abstract:
A differential moisture-conducting knitted fabric woven by a composite yarn and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a composite yarn as a raw material, the composite yarn comprising at least two fibers made of a single material and having different crimp shrinkage rates; weaving the composite yarn to form a differential moisture-conducting weft-knitted fabric body having a garment surface (4) and a skin contact surface (3); and weaving a fiber having a high crimp shrinkage rate according to a set texture structure to form a protrusion having a height of 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm, the protrusion being provided on the skin contact surface (3), and the protrusion being formed into a skin contact and moisture-conducting portion having a high skin contact probability and having a main moisture-conducting function. The fabric has good launderability and reproducibility, has a uniform and stable one-way moisture conduction capability, and is dry and comfortable to wear.
