Abstract:
A filter device (100) comprises a laminate (110), shield terminals (121, 122), a resonator unit (R1), and a capacitor unit (C1) facing the resonator unit (R1) in a Y-direction. The resonator unit (R1) is formed by a plurality of resonant electrode elements (141-145). The capacitor unit (C1) is formed by a plurality of capacitive electrode elements (161-165). Vias (V1-V4) are respectively disposed at end sections of the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer among the plurality of resonant electrode elements (141-145), and at end sections of the uppermost layer and the lowermost layer among the plurality of capacitive electrode elements (161-165). The length of the vias (V1-V5) in the laminating direction is greater than the thickness of each of the resonant electrode elements and the capacitive electrode elements.
