Abstract:
Provided are a dielectric and a method of manufacturing the same that reduce the frequency dependency of relative permittivity in a terahertz high-frequency band (110 to 330 GHz) of the relative permittivity. In the dielectric, the slope of the relative permittivity (Dk) with respect to the frequencies 220 GHz to 330 GHz as measured by a Fabry-Perot cavity in J-band is 0.00001 to 0.0005 inclusive.
