Abstract:
Provided is a die for processing a box, the die comprising a lower die holder (2), an upper die holder (1) and a punching assembly (3), wherein the lower die holder (2) comprises at least one female die (21) for accommodating a box; the upper die holder (1) can move close to or away from the lower die holder (2) in a first direction; the upper die holder (1) comprises a profiling body (11) and a profiling cutter (12) fixed to the peripheral side of the profiling body (11); the side of the profiling body (11) that faces away from the lower die holder (2) is recessed inwards to form an accommodating cavity (111); a side wall of the accommodating cavity (111) is provided with a through hole (112) penetrating the side wall; the extension direction of the through hole (112) intersects the first direction; the punching assembly (3) comprises a drive member (31) and a punching member (32) connected to the drive member (31); and the drive member (31) is located in the accommodating cavity (111), and the drive member (31) can drive the punching member (32) to move in the extension direction of the through hole (112) to punch the box. By means of the die, edge trimming and punching can be completed at the same station; thus, time, manpower and material resources are saved on, and the production efficiency is improved.
