Abstract:
A die-cut roll (1) according to the present invention is provided with: a substantially cylindrical roll body (2); a rotating shaft (4) disposed along the axis of the roll body (2); and blades (3) that protrude from the surface of the roll body (2) and are made of a material different from that of the roll body (2). This makes it possible to use material with higher hardness than that of the material of the roll body (2) in order to improve the durability of the blades (3), or to make the hardness of the blades (3) lower than that of the roll body (2), depending on the material of the item to be cut.
