Abstract:
Disclosed are a diaryl compound, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The diaryl compound of the present invention is a compound represented by formula I, a tautomer thereof, a stereoisomer thereof, a hydrate thereof, a solvate thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a prodrug thereof. The compound can inhibit human skin squamous cell carcinoma cells, and has good pharmacokinetic properties and a good patent medicine prospect.
