Abstract:
A diaphragm valve (11) equipped with: a valve main body (13) having formed therein a valve chamber (19), and an inflow passage (25) and an outflow passage (29) communicating with the valve chamber (19); an annular valve seat (21) formed in the valve chamber (19); a diaphragm (15) that contacts and separates from the valve seat (21); and a drive unit (17) that drives the diaphragm (15). A drive unit case (31) of the drive unit (17) is coupled to the valve main body (13) such that an outer peripheral edge portion of the diaphragm (15) is sandwiched between the valve main body (13) and the drive unit case, and the drive unit case (31) is formed from an electroconductive fluorine resin material.
