Abstract:
The present invention provides a diaphragm valve that achieves improved durability of a diaphragm by focusing on the ratio between the radius of curvature of a pressing surface of a diaphragm presser and the radius of curvature of the diaphragm. When the radius of curvature of a diaphragm (5) is SRa, and the radius of curvature of a pressing surface of a diaphragm presser (6) is SRb, SRb/SRa is equal to 0.4 to 0.6.
