Abstract:
Provided is a diaphragm valve which has a simple structure and which is capable of reliably detecting damage to the diaphragm before the diaphragm breaks. A diaphragm (5) is composed of diaphragm layers (21, 22, 23). The uppermost diaphragm layer (23) is provided with wiring (24). An abnormality of the diaphragm (5) is detected by detecting the breakage of the wiring (24).
