Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a diamond wire cutting apparatus, involving: obtaining a preset path to be cut so as to respectively obtain a tangent angle at a cutting point and the distance between the cutting point and a preset rotating shaft; calculating the angle of rotation of the preset rotating shaft corresponding to the cutting point in the preset path to be cut; and according to the angle of rotation of the preset rotating shaft, controlling a material to be cut to rotate, so that the actual cutting direction at the cutting point is consistent with the tangent direction at the cutting point in the preset path to be cut and is coplanar with a standard cutting surface. In this way, as the curve of a surface changes, the angle of the cut material relative to the progressing diamond wire is automatically adjusted, so that the direction of the progressing diamond wire at each cutting point remains consistent with the tangent direction of the surface at said position, and is coplanar with the standard cutting surface. Wire bow stability is thus maintained, achieving controllable size and direction of the wire bow, and avoiding the problem of a theoretical cutting pattern not matching an actual cutting pattern due to a change to the diamond wire bow, thereby achieving high-precision surface cutting by the diamond wire.
