Abstract:
The present invention relates to a diamond tool for processing a continuous fiber toughened SiC ceramic matrix composite material, and a preparation method therefor, and aims to solve the technical problems of short service life and high cost of an existing diamond tool, and low efficiency of the diamond tool prepared by an existing processing method. The tool comprises a diamond cutting head and a metal matrix, which is fixedly connected to the diamond cutting head, wherein a first end of the metal matrix is provided with a connecting shaft, and the end face of a second end is provided with a positioning boss; and an end face of the diamond cutting head is provided with a positioning groove matched with the positioning boss. The method comprises: 1. a process for preparing a diamond cutting head, which process involving: taking, in parts by weight, 15-30 parts of a diamond powder, 5-20 parts of a SiC powder, 2-19 parts of a silver powder, 3-20 parts of a tin powder, 30-70 parts of a bronze powder and 5-40 parts of an aluminum oxide ceramic hollow sphere, and mixing the materials; filling powder; charging the materials in a furnace and sintering same, and cooling same and demolding same; and 2. fixedly connecting the diamond cutting head and the metal matrix, and then processing same and edging same to obtain a diamond tool.
