Abstract:
The problem is to provide a diagnostic technique that has high reliability when the state of a lubricating oil in a rotary machine such as a wind power generator is diagnosed by a state monitoring sensor. The present invention is a diagnostic system for lubricating oil, provided with an apparatus that uses lubricating oil, a lubricating oil tank for storing lubricating oil supplied to the apparatus that uses lubricating oil, and a sensor that measures characteristics of the lubricating oil. In this system, after regularly or irregularly occurring stoppage of the apparatus that uses lubricating oil, the state of the lubricating oil is diagnosed using sensor data obtained after the time necessary for air bubbles in the lubricating oil, generated during use of the apparatus, to disappear has elapsed.
